Some products will be made available for pre-order, either while they're still in production, or they're out of stock. All the products in our online store are in stock, unless we note otherwise in the product's description.
Pre-order delivery dates are only estimates, and while we don't make any promises, we will try our best to get your gear to you by this date.
You will need to pay for your pre-orders upfront, and once the gear is available to ship it will be sent out on a 'first in, first served' basis - so make sure you get in early!
If you've changed your mind, you have 60 days to get a refund after you pre-order - although you'll need to show a receipt of purchase to do so.
All information given to us when placing your order is kept completely confidential and we won't use it for anything else other than to complete your order. We won't share, sell, or otherwise distribute any of the information collected by our ordering system.

While we try to make sure all the information on our site, there's a lot of it, so we can't warrant the accuracy and completeness of all of it. We also might make changes to it, or to the products and prices described in it at any time without notice.
Sometimes the information on our website gets a little dated. We'll try to keep up with it, but sometimes we just can't. We aren't responsible for any typographical errors and are not obligated to honor incorrect prices due to typographical errors.
The information on our website is provided 'as is', without any conditions, warranties or terms of any kind. Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide you with our site on the basis that we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other which, but for these terms and conditions, might have effect in relation to our site.
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to:
- loss of income or revenue;
- loss of business;
- loss of profits or contracts;
- loss of anticipated savings; or
- loss of data

Delivery times can vary depending on what carrier you use and your location, but the majority of customers will receive their order in less than 4 days and for a few, it may take up to 10 days.
Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s Customs Department to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.
We use PayPal as a safe gateway to pay for your filming groceries. If you don't have a PayPal account you can still purchase using your credit card, this will be processed through the PayPal gateway but you aren't required to register. Alternatively, if you would like to pay via another means such as direct credit or wire transfer then please email [email protected] to obtain these details.
Warranty and Returns

Syrp provides a 1 year (2 years in Europe) warranty on all products and closely monitors the quality control procedure during manufacturing right through to assembly. In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or warranty issue, we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Syrp will repair the defect, or at its option, replace the defective product or parts of the product.
The main exclusions from the warranty are if the equipment has been:
- Neglected, mishandled or inappropriately used; or
- modified or altered in any way except with the prior approval from Syrp
- Syrp is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
- Syrp will not cover any additional customs or duties arising from the return or replacement procedure
- Syrp’s total liability relating to the supply of this equipment is limited to the purchase price
The purchaser can return an item within 5 days after receiving the product in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn’t meet expectations. Customers must contact us to request the return, explain the reason and obtain shipping instructions.
All returns must include a copy of the customer’s receipt.
All shipping cost and other fees associated with the return is at the responsibility of the customer.
Syrp reserves the right to have defective merchandise exchanged for replacement or repair.
All items must be returned in re-sellable condition to receive a full purchase price refund.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process and credit your return. The actual time for the credit to appear on bank card will vary from bank to bank.
